1. Replacement Eligibility
    β€’ If a product is damaged or defective, you may request a replacement within 2 days of delivery.
    β€’ After 2 days, products cannot be replaced or returned.
  2. Conditions for Replacement
    β€’ The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
    β€’ Proof of damage (clear images/videos) must be provided at the time of raising a replacement request.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    β€’ customized orders, cannot be returned or replaced.
  4. Refunds
    β€’ Refunds will be processed only if a replacement is not possible.
    β€’ Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
